between air and liquids and the total reflection of a ray in the liquids.
It consists of an acrylic tank, a 12V lamp and a 360 degree scale.
The side are made of black acrylic for optimum results. With

This hand-driven device is used to optically slow or completely stop any
object in motion. It is also used to measure the frequency of
periodic motion. Consist of a black metal dial (250mm diameter) with a
